Follow-On Investment in Todoker’s Series A Round — SaaS Solutions for Office Mail and Package Management

INVESTMENT

Genesia Ventures has made a follow-on investment in Todoker, which offers SaaS solutions for office mail and package management. This Series A investment was made through Genesia Venture Fund No. 3 (GV-3).

About Todoker

Todoker is a startup with the mission of “Connecting People and Things.” The company offers two main solutions: a cloud application called Todoker for managing office and in-building logistics, and Cloud Mailroom, a service for digitizing and streamlining mailroom management and mail notifications.

Todoker’s solutions cater to companies that have adopted modern work styles, including remote, hybrid, and free-address office arrangements. Focusing on businesses with multiple locations — such as offices, factories, and research facilities — Todoker enables seamless mail and package handling to support modern office operations.

Todoker currently serves more than 70 corporate clients, primarily large enterprises. The platform has shown remarkable growth, with the volume of packages managed in its system increasing at a 417% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over the past four years.

Background and Purpose of Fundraising

With Todoker’s growing user base, clients have expressed a need for functionality that extends beyond basic package receipt management. Their requests include managing outgoing shipments, inter-office mail handling, and logistics system integration.

To meet these demands, Todoker plans to expand its services beyond its core digital mail receipt management in the general affairs domain into the broader B2B logistics domain. This expansion aligns with the company’s mission of “Connecting People and Things” while enhancing convenience and expanding service offerings.

The Series A funding will support service expansion through recruitment in the following areas:

  • Expanding the sales and customer success (CS) teams to grow the client base.
  • Building development teams to strengthen logistics integration capabilities and expand into adjacent general affairs domains.

Todoker is redefining how businesses handle deliveries, transforming workflows and workstyles in the process. As remote work, shared offices, and home offices become more common, companies face growing volumes of packages and mail to manage. Meanwhile, labor shortages have become an increasingly pressing issue. Todoker tackles these challenges head-on by creating solutions for this expanding market.

Already widely adopted by major enterprises and receiving high praise, Todoker is now poised to explore the broader possibilities of logistics. Together with CEO Tsuyoshi Nojima and the Todoker team, we are excited to contribute to the realization of their vision. Go Todoker!
