Genesia Ventures makes additional investment in Aerial Partners, a provider of accounting, tax and data management services for digital assets, in its Series B round
Genesia Ventures, Inc. (CEO: Soichi Tajima, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) recently made an additional investment in the first close of the Series B round of Aerial Partners (President: Kento Numazawa, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo), a company that offers accounting, tax, and data management services for digital assets. This investment was made through Genesia Venture Fund No. 2 (GV-2).
Background and objective of fundraising
Since its founding in 2017, Aerial Partners has been dedicated to addressing challenges related to the utilization of digital assets, specifically in the crypto asset (virtual currency) market. Its vision is to “provide the infrastructure to drive a value revolution”.
The market is currently undergoing the optimization of systems and service experiences, with the environment evolving rapidly. At the same time, transactions and businesses utilizing related technologies continue to grow and diversify. The significance of having knowledgeable supporters who can adapt and respond promptly to changing circumstances is becoming more crucial.
In this environment, the company is striving to establish a standard for for digital asset utilization that enables comprehensive data management in a simplified manner, and concentrated its efforts on accounting and taxation.
Future Plans
On top of improving the services it offers, Aerial Partner will focus on promoting the progress on the following two aspects:
- Promoting collaboration in B2C services that are aligned with the comprehensive crypto asset app “CoinView”.
- Improving utilization of Aerial Web3 Accounting (AWA), an accounting support tool for Web3 businesses which was launched in July 10, 2023, and strengthening operational structure of businesses in the industry through mutual collaboration with N Suite, a Web3 business software provided by double jump.tokyo Inc. that includes wallet functions for companies.
