Background and Purpose of Fundraising
By combining entertainment-style live classes and AI-driven personalized support, ChanPro effectively meets market demands and provides children with an enjoyable learning experience.
Going forward, Mined aims to enhance the learning experience even further and expand globally by introducing a new format that combines large-scale live entertainment classes with real-time AI support.
Using the funds raised, Mined plans to launch ChanPro in the U.S. in April 2025 while expanding operations in Japan.

About the Investment
Masami Ichinohe, Investment Manager, Genesia Ventures
Our decision to make this follow-on investment stems from Mined’s rapid business growth since our initial seed investment.
With the evolution of AI, fundamental questions about the purpose and meaning of learning have become more important than ever, even as the automation of information input and repetitive learning progresses.
Mined goes beyond traditional EdTech by crafting fun and effective learning experiences that blend AI technology with live classes.
The EdTech × Entertainment space typically faces a challenging dilemma: emphasize education too much and students lose interest; focus too heavily on entertainment and learning suffers.
However, Mined has masterfully resolved this trade-off. Their combination of intuitive UI, gamification, and AI-powered individual support delivers both high user conversion and retention rates.
We believe Mined can establish a new global standard for education, and we are excited to continue supporting their ambitious vision.
