NAOKI KUROSAKI
Profile
Naoki Kurosaki joined Fujitsu Limited in April 2011, where he spent approximately three years in enterprise sales for a major telecommunications carrier, handling mission-critical systems and physical access control solutions. In September 2014, he joined Sansan, Inc. at its early stage, and stayed for seven years through the company's rapid growth from a few dozen employees to over 1,200. He was responsible for organizational design of front-line teams such as sales and customer success, recruiting and performance evaluation design, and management. He experienced the company's IPO in 2019.
After leaving Sansan in October 2021, he pursued an MBA overseas and joined Genesia Ventures, Inc. in April 2023. He focuses on investments in the enterprise IT space, partnering with startups—both horizontal and vertical—that drive fundamental transformation of industry structures.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the Faculty of Law, Keio University, and an MBA from HEC Paris.
