Joined Fujitsu Limited in April 2011. Worked for approximately 3 years in the enterprise sales team responsible for mainframe systems and entrance/exit management solutions aimed at major telecommunications carriers.
Joined Sansan Inc. in September 2014. Engaged with the company at an early stage and remained there for 7 years during its rapid growth phase, where the number of employees increased from several dozen to over 1200. Worked in organizational design of the front-line teams in sales and customer success, as well as in recruitment and evaluation design, and management tasks. Experienced the company's IPO in 2019.
After leaving the company in October 2021, attended an overseas MBA program and, in April 2023, joined Genesia Ventures, Inc.
Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science. HEC Paris MBA.
